What You'll Do

Frontend Development

• Lead development of CoPlane's React-based control plane UI for enterprise workflow management
• Build visual interfaces for authoring agents, workflows, actions, and human tasks
• Create reporting and observability dashboards for workflow performance and analytics
• Design hybrid interfaces that blend conversational AI with traditional enterprise UX patterns
• Build adaptive UI paradigms serving both technical users and business users

Full-Stack Integration

• Collaborate with backend engineers to design robust APIs for workflow management
• Build real-time data synchronization using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events
• Implement secure authentication and authorization with sleek UI
• Optimize performance for complex data operations and real-time updates

Technical Leadership

• Establish frontend architecture patterns and development standards
• Implement testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Build CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments and automated quality checks
• Monitor and optimize application performance, bundle sizes, and user experience

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of full-stack engineering experience with strong frontend expertise
• Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript ecosystem
• Solid backend development experience with Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks in other languages
• Experience building complex, interactive user interfaces with state management
• Deep understanding of React patterns, hooks, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with modern CSS (Tailwind preferred), responsive design, and component libraries
• Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets, SSE, or similar technologies
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and database design principles

Preferred Experience

• Experience with visual programming interfaces, workflow builders, or no-code platforms
• Background in collaborative software development (Figma, Notion, or similar)
• Knowledge of business process management, workflow automation, or enterprise software
• Experience with AI/ML user interfaces, data visualization, or analytics dashboards
• Ability to architect scalable frontend applications with clean separation of concerns
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures or component design systems
• Experience mentoring junior developers and establishing engineering best practices
• Product-minded approach with focus on user experience and business impact
