About the Role
You will be designing, building, and maintaining the framework and systems that power our clone training mechanism and cognitive agents. This role is fundamental to creating the “brain” of our digital clones. You will work with our CEO, CTO, and the core team to build our vision, define our culture, and grow our team.
Who You Are
- Experience in applied ML, NLP (including conversational AI), and RLHF.
- Interest in building cognitive agent architectures.
- Ability to design and run experiments.
- Research background is a plus but not required.
